I don't know about "best" but there are so many. contrary to popular belief, vegetables do have protein, though not as much as soy. beans, nuts, and soy have lots of protein. though, we do not need tons of protein. most people probably get twice as much as they need, and too much protein, especially animal protein, can cause cancer. basically, you can't get a protein deficiancy unless you just dont eat. you also can get iron from leaft greens and omega 3 from flax seed oil instead of fish.

Yeah, some vegan foods do have alot of oils, and twizzlers and oreos are also vegan. But a well balenced vegan diet high in fruits, vegetables, grains, and such, is a great way to lose weight. don't do alot of refined foods or proccessed things. keep it simple and health

Thats not nessecerly true. I have a freind that is vegan and he is always using Oil to make stur fryes . Also alot of the foods that are vegan require cooking in oil. So it really depends.

The best way to loose weight is to go vegan.
I went vegetarian in january of 2008. I weighed 144 pounds. By June I was 115 pounds. I went vegan in July, and now in November I am 103 pounds. This is a healthy weight seeing as I am only 4 feet 11 inches. I didn't excercise anymore than I did before, and I am in perfect health according to 2 doctors.

i find all your videos very helpful and i was just wondering if you can make a video on Healthy Weight GAIN Tips. Im a really slim guy and i want to pack on a few pounds of muscle. My daily caloric intake for my body type is above 3000 cal just so i can gain 1 pound a week. I just want to know what foods are good for a healthy weight gain.

You make a lot of sense here. These steps are simple and to the point, but is eating late really going to make you gain weight? I know body builders who eat around the clock to keep their metabolism going. generally if you stay away from carbs in the evening cant you eat as late as you want? Couldnt this actually be beneficial to weight loss? I also think sodium is an issue that is not really directly pointed out in your plan.

There was only one …
There was only one study that claimed "kidney damage" from too much water.
The people had proteinuria(protein in their urine). It is a symptom and does not always indicate actual kidney damage.
They were drinking four liters of water a day; 18 large glasses on average.
Then they cut down their water intact, and after a week the protein in their urine went away.

your only supposed …
your only supposed to drink enough water to keep you hydrated - & it varies from person to person.
some people only need to drink 3 glasses, while others need 3 litres.
that hole 8 glasses a day thing was ditched because people were killing there kidneys coz they were taking in more water than their bodies could process
i was also told by my accupuncturist to only drink when i was thirsty, coz i was retaining heaps of water.
so basically, that "8 glasses a day" crap is all just a myth
