Proactol Review

There seems to be a lot of searches for Proactol Reviews these days so I thought I better do one for diets that actually work, to see if it is up to scratch.

First the good news is that Proactol pills are 100% natural, so because of this they claim there a re no side effects. However because of rules and regulations they have a statement on their packaging as to not exceed the stated dose.

The main way the product works is by binding fat together. In a nutshell what this means is any dietry fat that is not an essential fat is bound together so that it passes straight out of the body and not absorbed at all.

Proactol claims to bind about 28% of your dietry fat, and the good news with this is not only is it going to help with your weight management, but it should also help with the bigger picture of your health for things like cholestrol and blood pressure levels.

Now although I said before that this product is 100% natural there are some precautions that should be taken which I will list below for you

General Precautions:

  • Proactol is safe and suitable for long-term consumption. The following are common pre-cautions in using Proactol.
  • Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
  • Do not take Proactol during pregnancy or breast feeding, or if your BMI (Body Mass Index) is below 18.5.
  • Although Proacto has been shown not to affect the absorption of fat soluble vitamins A and E, it is recommended to take a multivitamin supplement daily. Do not take Proactol within 2 hours of taking fat soluble vitamin supplement.
  • Proactol contains trace amounts of oxalic acid, which is found in many other green vegetables. If you have kidney disease or kidney stones, avoid taking this product on a regular basis. If in doubt, or if you have any medical complaints, consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.
  • Proactol supports the reduction of food cravings by blood glucose level balancing. Diabetic patients may have to adjust their daily anti-diabetic medicine dossage to avoid hypoglycaemic attacks. It is recommended that diabetic users should consult their health care professional before taking this product.
  • If you use cholesterol-reducing medication, you should consult your healthcare professional before taking this product.

As with any kind of weight loss program, make sure you contact your physician before embarking on one.
